Need more info: It is congenital due lack of nerve fibers ( mesenteric plexus ganglion ) Was aganglionic ( non nerve bearing ) segement of bowel removed and re-anastomosed ? , Then need re-evaluation of proximal segment by doing endoscopic biopsy , to see for ganglion . He need to see a specialist , You have excellent ones in New Delhi .
