Why does my ear occasionally have a sensation like there is water in it or going to drip out of it? when i touch it, there is nothing wet. any idea?

Fluid in ear: You could have fluid in ear that could be trapped deep inside especially if you have ear wax. Also allergies can cause fluid behind ear drum. Please see your doctor to get this looked at. Also please don't use Q tips as it can push the ear wax further in.
