CAD symptoms: COPD has chronic dypsnea on exertion that may get exacerbated with infection or other illness. CAD presents with intermittent acute episodes of doe but usually may have chest pain. See your md.

Could be: Symptoms are different for different folks - sometimes symptomatic CAD presents as simply worsening shortness of breath at rest or exertion. talk to your doc, you may need a stress test or cath to help sort it out.
