Some risk: Risk of geting uerine cancer with pcos is present. To prevent uterine cancer it is recommended that you have regular check ups with your gyn. The best way to prevent uterine cancer is to make sure you have menstrual cycles. If your menstrual cycles are irregular then discuss oral contraceptive pills with your gyn. Ocp's will ensure you have regular menstrual cycles. Thereby decreaseing risk.
