How often does the nexplanon implant break or bend in your arm?

It won't: If implanted properly, it will not break with normal or even intense activity. It would have to be subjected to a very unusual or deliberate sort of stress in order to break. It is designed to be somewhat flexible under pressure, so a little bending is ok, but it shouldn't curl up or stay deformed.
