I have a very sore right arm since 3 days ago. my nexplanon implant is located in the same arm. i can still feel the implant, but i do not know why my arm is in pain. i have not exercised it nor do i think i slept on it differently?

Implant location ?'s: Best is to see your gyn physician who placed the Nexplanon implant. The pressure of the implant on a muscle/nerve during sleep will possibly cause pain for some time after waking.
