Suboxone: This really depends on the anesthesiologist and the surgeon. Personally I do not stop the suboxone and I add an additional analgesic ( I like Nucynta (tapentadol) IR) to assist with post-op pain. TENS can also be used as well as Exparel injected around the incisions.
