Unlikely: Although alcohol tends to worsend allergic symptoms, alcohol allergy is rare or non-existent. Since you have provided no detailed description on the rash, it is difficult to give you an educated guess on the problem. You may try antihistamine to see if it helps.However if the problem persists or worsens, need to see your doctor.
