I don't think that: would be particularly effective. Clopidogrel, a platelet inhibitor intended to prevent blood clots, does not usually cause GI side effects. Fibrazate does cause bloating/gas/diarrhea, but is not reported to stimulate gastric/stomach acid production which a PPI targets. In general it is not a good idea to take an additional medication to counteract side effects.
