Hope there is such: Thing, unfortunately, at least for me, I'm not known of any, although eating healthy stuff is recommended in general, taking your controller medications regularly, avoiding triggers, and regular follow up with your doctor or asthma specialist, are the best measures to reduce asthma attacks, best wishes
