Definitely not: If your symptoms have been ongoing for the last 5 weeks, then I would think that indeed the surgery is somehow related to these symptoms. I would recommend that you see an infectious diseases doctor who can help figure this out. There are other potential causes for flu like symptoms that may not relate to the hysterectomy- but I would probably start there.
