Manage hormones: Even with removal of the uterus, your ovaries will continue the monthly cycle of hormone production, and you may still feel sick. 26 is too young to make you menopausal by removing the ovaries. Hormonal birth control (pills, Depo shot, Nexplanon insert) may be able to prevent these monthly symptoms. Progesterone alone may be able to help your symptoms. Discuss options with your doctor.
