Go to the ED now!: Rebound tenderness in the abdomen is a serious sign and should not be ignored. Go to the Emergency Room immediately. Call an ambulance or 911. Do not drive yourself or take the bus, etc. Don't wait for someone to take you. Do not eat or drink anything until you've had a full evaluation. Best of luck.
