Abdominal pain: If it is intermittent, and relieved by passing gas, then it probably is just gas pains. It is reassuring that you don't have fever, vomiting. If no diarrhoea or bloody stool, no weight loss, then you can wait to see if it passes. If you get any of those symptoms, or if the pain becomes more constant, go see a doctor.
