Stop now: I can't promise that Baby has not been damaged by "meth". If you are really her friend, this may be time for tough love. Your friend needs to stop -- even if she has no regard for her own health or life, she now must care for a child. If she loves the baby, the best thing she can do is raise the child in a drug-free home.
