Don't freak out yet: Testicular cancer in both testicles simultaneously is not very common. Testis pain is also not the only symptom of testicular cancer. Making sure you have been checking the feel and consistency of the testicles are very important. If the one or both testicles are much harder than usual, it might be of more concern, however, an US is the definitive way to figure it out.
