If it's done right-: -after the scope, meaning while there is still some fluid present, a squat can cause the capsule 2 rupture,usually @ the superior pole or closest 2 your head @ the top of the knee. The squat compresses the volume of the joint space so the high increase in pressure in the fluid will rupture, usually @ a portal site. May discolor, but harmless unless fever, chills & increased pain.
