Bakers cyst?: Pain in the back of the knee after arthroscopic surgery can be quite a few things but a common cause is a Baker's Cyst. This is excess swelling in the back (posterior) part of the knee that can occur after surgery. A deep squat can cause the cyst to rupture creating the sensation of a pop. It can cause calf pain. See your medical provider to rule out blood clots and other issues first.
