A member asked:

Can dulera and advair be used together for emphysema or dulera and symbicort (budesonide and formoterol)?

Similar medications.: These three medications are all similar, combination-type agents for long-term daily control of emphysema/COPD or asthma. They should not be used concurrently, as this could potentiate the development of side effects related to the individual ingredients.

No: All three of those are essentially the same thing. Medications are different, but all in the same class. They should not be used together.
