Just started dulera. was on symbicort (budesonide and formoterol). is side-effect profile similar? any more likely to have sinus symptoms on dulera? how about cataracts?

Very close: I don't think the side effect profile is any different between the two but the actual side effects will be depended on the total dose of steroid included. There is a minor risk for cataracts with any inhaled steroid but this is a minor issue when compared to uncontrolled asthma. As for response, some people do prefer one over another- a toss-up.
