Spasm muscle: If no injury- sometimes prolonged sitting, driving, work at desk ... wrong ergonomic position... can cause tightnes of back muscles. It can be very painful and cause " as a twist" sensation. Heat and stretching, relaxation can help, gentle massage. If pain more severe you need to see Doc to check for other possible causes.
