Follow-up needed: Your symptoms are concerning and a follow-up from the ER is needed. CT w/o contrast is limited and further imaging may be needed. Symptoms as stated could be medication related, neurologic, blocked carotids or cardiac in etiology. I would get in with your family doc to figure it out
