These vesicles or: folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles) are usually caused by bacterial infection such as Staph or streptococcus, but occasionally one can get viral infections (herpes zoster) or even fungal infections of the skin. You should get some help from a trained clinician to diagnose and treat appropriately. Do not wait until they become abscesses as that generally requires surgery to clear.
