Clean the: area with plenty of warm water and a mild skin soap. Apply moist heat. As long as you are certain this is not a tick bite (with the insect still attached) this should be anough. Any FEVER, RASH, or red streaking up the leg requires an in person visit to a Health Care Provider. Hope this is helpful Dr Z
