Non card chest pain: Heart-originated pain is typically in the center of the chest and sometimes can radiate (travel) from there to the arms or jaws, and many times it is the L arm that it radiates to. It would be extremely unlikely for somebody your age to have a heart attack and even less likely to present with elbow pain. Hope this helps.
