Prob not: You wrote your question like Yoda which let me start with a Yoda quote that could be appropriate: "In a dark place we find ourselves, and a little more knowledge lights the way". Heart attacks can have a lot of symptoms, including L arm discomfort. But in isolation it seems unlikely. Associated with chest/jaw discomfort, nausea, sweating? If so consider an ER visit. Otherwise call your provider.
