Hip Labral repair wi: Typically hip Labral repairs with anchors are quite strong and unlikely to be disrupted with the described hip motion. So especially if you did not experience an increase in hip pain ,then u r most likely ok . Avoid those ranges for the first 6 weeks postop. ,to ensure complete healing
