Is it accompanied: by pain and redness? If so, it could be an abscess. If not, it is not unusual for a small blood collection(hematoma) to form after a biopsy, which can feel like a lump as it "organizes" or heals. In any case, call your doc and let him/her know about it, they might want you to come in for an evaluation to make sure.
