Visit your doctor: You sound like you have "googled" these symptoms already. The toes going upward after a plantar stimuli makes me wonder about Babinski sign, which would be abnormal at your age. Babinski and the "twitches" are certainly concerning buzz words of ALS. But before we get too concerned, a doctor needs to confirm both findings. Please go to the doctor.
