Clarify?: Thanks for asking. You give no information about yourself, and it's not clear to me what you want (muscle, fat) or why you want it. The "ideal weight" charts are junk science / entertainment & bear no relation to reality; the olympic sprint team is "underweight" & the bodybuilders are "obese". Adopt a fitness-focused lifestyle, imitate others like this & your weight will settle at what's best 4u.
