Is it explained?: The first question you need to answer: is the weight loss explainable? If not, then you may need an evaluation to find a reason that you are losing weight. Certain medical conditions will cause weight loss and early detection can help significantly. If you are healthy - eating well and exercising will help you build muscle mass that can be good healthy weight to add.

Diet and muscle mass: To gain weight one has to to consume more calories than he is burning. Do this in a healthy way though. Don't choose junk food or unhealthy types of fast food. Keep a well balanced diet and make sure to get all the needed nutrients. Don't cut out exercise as it is very good for the body. Weight lifting and other muscle building exercises can help increase one's body mass.
