Prostatitis? CPPS?: I'm not sure what you mean by "feel inflamed". Discomfort? Pain? Anyway, I'm not surprised your STD tests are negative; such symptoms are not typical for STDs. They are most consistent with prostatitis (which is almost never an STD problem) or perhaps bladder spasm (overactive bladder). Or the chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). These problems overlap with one another. See a urologist. Good luck!
