Doubtful: If CP is cancer of the prostate, it is unlikely that your doctor who performed the prostate exam would have missed the signs of prostate cancer. You need to find out if you have stones, a urethral irritation, or other cause of these symptoms, so see a urologist or your family doc for an evaluation. Pyridium, (phenazopyridine) cranberry, blueberry juices can also help stop this symptom.

Not right: A burning sensation when you pee is not normal. You should go back to the physician who performed the prostate exam and let her or him know that you still have burning. Did you have a urinalysis yet? If not, then I would start there. Also, you could seek a consultation with a urologist. All the best, Ariel.
