Sharp pains lower left abdomen, mucus in pee, pelvic pain, micro hematuria, smelly cloudy urine, urethral pain and hard time peeing. Clear ultrasounds earlier this year, elevated platelets, several pelvic exams clear, no uti it std, what could it be?
