Too little info: You do not give us enough info so we can not come up with a specific answer. We'd need to know: ?what area in pelvis is effected, is the pain constant, or fluctuates, did you have any chills, or fever, does it get worse on intercourse, etc. In any case: if the pain continues you need to see your gyn.
