Why do i feel like i sometimes pull a muscle down in my pelvic region/right ovary area?when this happens, i cant stand up straight without intense pain. am i actually pulling a muscle or is this something else. always in the same spot?

Please see a GYN MD and have the area examined as it may not be a muscle "pull". An ovarian cyst or pedunculated uterine fibroid can also produce the same symptoms.
