Exam: This could be a lymph node or an abscess. In either case, an examination by a physican is needed.

Lymph node: If you are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms it is common to have enlarged lymph nodes while symptoms last and probably a while after they are resolved. For now it is a good idea to just observe and if not better then get evaluated.
