Its possible : But having the right coach, usually a therapist who employs cbt may be very beneficial. Can try support groups if its been an ongoing problem. Read self-help books. Sometimes just relaxing, closing your eyes, and playing the scene in your brain over and over the way you want it to pan out will do the job. Yoga and thai chi may also be beneficial.
