Hair loss in front, receding. A few White dying hairs. Best remedy or therapy? Rogaine, minoxidil, natural options?

Hair loss: Rogaine is a brand name for minoxidil. The chemical is identical. It seems to stimulate hair growth but as soon as you stop taking it the new hair will fall out. So you would have to take it for 50 years. Other options are hair transplants from the nape of your neck. Look at pictures of your Dad at your age.
