Alopecia: Hair loss in men is very common and in most cases is genetic. The two appoved treatments are rogaine (minoxidil) and propecia. Minoxidil is the generic version of rogaine (minoxidil) and is available otc. Propecia is oral and is prescription. Keep in mind that you must use either of these products for at least 3-6 months to see hair growth.
