Need more: At your age, the development of hypertension definitely requires in depth evaluation. Unfortunately, a CT scan is not enough to eliminate your kidneys as the culprit. I would suggest a formal consult with an Internal medicine, cardiologist or nephrologist. I hope this helps. The answer is not straight forward, I am sorry.
