My 87yo grandma got sudden brain stroke n caused severe brain bleed.she has hypertension n kidney dss stage4 17%.no surgery done by dr.now shes still coma.they still feed her using tube oxygen using machine.is she going to be brain death, no recover?

This cannot be answered over the internet. The physicians treating her know the extent of the brain damage and can advise the family of the extent of the injury and chances of recovery.

These are questions that you should ask the treating Physician/Specialist-Neurologist. Your grandmother is older, and she is compromised, medically. From what you have described, she is not well off. I don’t like saying something negative, but I would not have high hopes for her. She is being kept alive, and that’s about all that they can do.
