What does it mean when it says bands of increased echogenicity may represent septae in my ultrasound report for an ovarian cyst that has doubled in size since october?

Translation: Septae are walls. Cysts can have a uniform appearance like a sack full of fluid/completely dense or have separate chambers separated by "septae". It is just a description of what the interpreter sees.
