Several Options: I am not sure why you are not able to feed / have to wait but first is to try to correct the reason for the difficulty chiefly to improve the frequency and effectiveness of breast feeding, your doctor & lactation consultant are great in these areas. As a last resort medication / herbal products to promote milk production have been with variable results
