For the past few weeks, i've been experiencing pain starting from my lower gums and eventually to my upper jaw. gums seems receding and white patches.

Get an exam: Don't let symptoms persist unevaluated for more than 2 weeks. There are so many possibilities here that the only meaningful advice I can think of is to get to a dentist or dental clinic for an evaluation and development of a treatment plan.

Seek care: You have a dental problem that is becoming more problematic with time. Don't expect an infection to self-heal. Get to your Dentist as soon as possible.
