My right lower 2nd molar started to come out a few months ago and it hasnt fully come out yet. a few days ago my gums around the molar and my right jaw started to be painful.the gum around it is loose and disconnected to the teeth. what can this be?

Tooth Eruption: You're a little old to have your second molar erupting (usually erupts about 12 yo). It is very possible this is your wisdom tooth. In any event, the tooth might be impacted. Inflamed gingiva is the culprit. have your local dentist take a look and advise on further action.

Teething: Teething is no fun. Ask any toddler. Please see your Dentist to evaluate health of tooth and surrounding hard and soft tissues, especially as send molars usually erupt about age 12, and you're in your mid 30's. If the problem is simply food debris.becoming impacted under the operculum (tissue flap) your Dentist has multiple solutions.
