See pediatrician: It is difficult to diagnose the bump without examining it. Because it isn't painful, most likely it isn't an acute infection. It may be a cyst or a lymph node. Please make an appointment with your pediatrician to evaluate your baby. Most likely it is nothing to worry about. Be well!
