My 1 year old just had 3 red small bumps appear on his face,lower cheek,never had reactions to bathing,cuz before that he took a bath,and had a smoothy,which he was never allergic to anything, what could that be?

In order to find out, you need to take him to a doctor to have these red bumps looked at. There are many possibilities-he could have inadvertently injured himself, they could be a reaction to a soap/lotion or something else, pimples, etc. It is not possible to tell what it is without seeing the bumps. So, see a doctor. Good luck to you!
