Fatigue is a common: symptom of AIDS, the disease which develops if HIV infection is left untreated. However, there are MANY thousands of people with HIV infection that have no symptoms at all..that is why it is important to be tested if you are aware of any possible exposures. Fatigue has MANY causes: anemia; thyroid, liver, kidney, heart disease; sleep issues; most common is deconditioning and depression. See Doc:)
