Can all be viral: This can all be viral, Specifically enteroviurses this time of year. http://www.enterovirusfoundation.org/symptoms.shtml If the pattern is worsening, or interfering with daily life. then she needs to be seen by her MD. If she is younger and in childhood or infancy then a pediatrician visit will help assess her disease state, and they should be familiar with what is in the community.
