My daughter has headache, sore throat, stomach ache, stuffy nose, sore/stiff neck. yesterday when symptoms started she developed a migraine. no fever?

Im concerned : about the stiff neck and migraine how old is she and if these symptoms have persisted I would speak with your primary care doc or pediatrician
